Last updated: 14 July 2026

Draft for operational setup and professional review. Complete the public support contact, website/domain, production vendors and actual data flows before public paid launch.

Decision support only

GENEVIEVE App™ cannot guarantee animal behaviour, compatibility, safety, weather, surfaces, park conditions, capacity, owner attendance, legal compliance or third-party information.

Voluntary check-in limitation

Check-in, check-out, owner and crowd information are voluntary community reports and may omit people or dogs who are present. Never rely on the displayed count instead of looking at the park, gate, signs, dogs and conditions directly.

Immediate owner duties

Puppies and vulnerable dogs

Do not assume a public dog park is suitable for a puppy. Seek veterinary advice about vaccination and exposure, and prefer controlled positive socialisation with suitable healthy dogs. Use additional caution for older, unwell, flat-faced, injured, fearful or otherwise vulnerable dogs.

Emergencies

For urgent danger, contact the appropriate emergency service, veterinarian, council/ranger or police. Do not delay urgent help while using the app.
