Cancellation
Cancel through the same provider used to subscribe. Cancellation normally stops future renewal while access may continue until the end of the paid period, subject to the provider’s terms.
Refund requests
Apple and Google Play purchases are generally handled through their store processes. Web payment requests are handled through the published support process and payment provider. Nothing limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Deleting the app
Deleting the app or local data does not cancel a subscription.
